Use of the Platform
ED Library provides learning spaces, digital library spaces, resources, and platform tools for learning, assessment, student and learner records, books, certificate generation, subscriptions, and payments for schools, training centres, authors, instructors, learners, and approved organisation staff. By using the platform or application, every user agrees to use their account only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
Organisation and Domain Access
Each organisation or subscriber is responsible for managing users, granting permissions, learning content, library content, student or learner records, fee collection, and certificates connected to its approved domain. Users must sign in through the correct organisation domain unless they have been expressly authorised by the platform admin to provide support.
Accounts, Invite Codes, Approval, and Security
New users may be required to register with an invite code issued by an authorised organisation admin or platform admin. Invite codes are intended for the named organisation or domain and may be single-use, time-limited, and subject to approval. We may suspend or reject accounts where registration details are false, incomplete, unauthorised, or abusive.
For enhanced security, this platform supports multi-factor authentication (MFA). All users are strongly encouraged to enable at least one additional authentication factor when signing in for improved account security.
Learning Content, Books, and Records
Organisations, subscribers, instructors, and authors remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and suitability of learning materials, books, uploaded files, student or learner records, certificate generation, images, videos, and any other content they add to the platform. Content must not infringe third-party rights, expose confidential information, or be shared outside authorised users.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Fees
Subscription payments, school fees, book purchases, book borrowing, taxes, discounts, and currency conversions are processed according to the selected plan, payment provider, and applicable regional settings. Card and bank details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by ED Library. Payment access may be delayed, declined, reversed, or suspended where a provider, bank, or compliance check requires it.
Availability and Administrative Actions
ED Library may update features, apply maintenance, correct errors, restrict access, remove harmful content, or suspend an organisation or user account where required for security, payment failure, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of other users. Reasonable effort will be made to preserve legitimate records and minimise disruption.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private data, misuse invite links, interfere with payment processing, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, or access an organisation domain without permission. Violations may lead to account restriction, removal of content, cancellation of access, or legal action.
Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated as the platform, payment rules, legal requirements, or supported regions change. Continued use of ED Library after an update means the current terms apply. Questions about these terms should be sent through the official platform support or organisation support channel.
